Our Planet: We Like It!

I mean, it’s a pretty great planet, right? As far as we know, Mars and the other mighty giants of our galaxy don’t offer things like palm trees, salt-water taffy, tap dancing and fresh, breathable air. And we definitely dig those things. (Except for salt-water taffy. We’re not entirely sure how that made the list.) Needless to say, it’s a great place to be and we’d like it to stay that way for our own and future generations.

So, what are we doing to help preserve our planet? Well, for one thing, we search out and work with companies who share our commitment to the overall health and well-being of the environment. Another environmentally conscious company that we enjoy doing business with is Greener Printer. We do all of our large-run print jobs through them, as all of theirprinting is done with soy ink on post-consumer recycled papers (which are allprocessed without chlorine! Yay!). We looked far and wide and believe them to be THE bestcommercial quality, eco-friendly printer out there. And we’re psyched to be able to offer such a great printing service to our clients.

Along with collaborating with other environmentally responsible companies, we also work every day to stay conscious of our impact on the environment, both in our business and in our personal lives. As a design firm, it’s easy to go through a whole lotta paper really fast. So we try to minimize the printing that we do by billing and invoicing our clients online, printing drafts and other paperwork only when absolutely necessary, and purchasing 100% recycled paper to take care of those absolutely necessary times.
